We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive or Senior to join our Consumer Marketing team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with 1 - 3 years of experience, who is passionate about marketing and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Assist in the planning and execution of communication strategies for integrated marketing campaigns that cut across the core business and on-ground activations to align with business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand operational needs and translate them into effective marketing support and solutions.

• Prepare clear and comprehensive campaign briefs, including campaign objectives, timelines, deliverables, and key messaging for internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate with internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to campaign objectives.

• Ensure all marketing communications and executions are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and overall business priorities.

• Provide on-ground support for events, roadshows, showroom activations, and trade marketing activities whenever necessary.

• Support campaign tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis to identify key learnings and improvement opportunities.

• Ensure timely submission and proper tracking of PRPOs, quotations, invoices, and other marketing operational documentation.

• Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, proactively propose new marketing initiatives and strategies that align with business objectives and goals for brand growth and engagement.
