Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing.

Proven experience managing social media accounts and growing online communities.

Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, and CPAS campaigns and etc.

Strong understanding of content marketing, social media trends, and performance marketing.

Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience in the healthcare, skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support business and sales objectives.

Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.

Manage the company's social media calendar, community engagement, and brand reputation.

Plan, launch, optimize, and monitor paid advertising campaigns.

Manage CPAS campaigns with e-commerce partners to drive traffic, conversions, and sales performance.

Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve ROI.

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create engaging marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand campaigns across digital channels.

Coordinate with influencers and content creators to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Ensure all marketing content complies with healthcare and cosmetic advertising guidelines.
