• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in export, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of export documentation and sea freight (LCL/FCL) is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin, as you'll work with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills

Additional information's:

Work Hour:

• Mondays – Fridays
• 9.00am – 5.00pm
• Saturdays (Alternate, 2 Days per month)
• 9:00am to 1:00pm

Break

• 12:00pm to 1:00pm / 1:00pm to 2:00pm

If Public Holiday falls on Saturday, then only one Saturday off for that month

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate export shipments and ensure smooth delivery.
• Handle customer bookings and daily export operations.
• Prepare export documents such as invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin.
• Arrange local and overseas transportation.
• Communicate with customers, shipping partners, and overseas agents.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery or documentation issues.
• Ensure all export documents comply with customs and international trade regulations.
• Prepare monthly operational reports
