• Basic computer skillset and able to use software such as, Excel, Power Point and etc.

• Possess own transportation.

As Outlet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Fully responsible for the daily operational management of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, customer service, and supervision of food quality, ensuring smooth operations.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, analyze business data, and optimize adjustments.

• Manage the staff team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, to enhance team cohesion and service standards.

• Maintain the restaurant’s hygiene, food safety, and ensure the proper operation of equipment in compliance with industry standards.

• Handle customer complaints and unexpected incidents to ensure customer experience and protect brand image
