- 能够通过电子邮件和实时聊天处理客户。
- 能够使用多语言进行打字和写作（优先英文和中文）。
- 良好的沟通技巧和快速打字速度。
- 需要时不时跟进客户以达到总体满意度。
- 及时回复客户的询问。
- 强大的沟通和协调能力，能够处理紧急情况。
