• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation or Physiotherapy.

• Minimum 2 years experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation

• Strong understanding of Rehabilitation, Sports Massage, Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Sports Science.

• Knowledge of current research and best practices in rehabilitation, wellness, and recovery health.

• Hands-on experience with a variety of rehabilitation tools and equipment.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, physical fitness, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

• Manage daily therapy operations, including equipment upkeep, administration, and reporting.

• Support data collection and research to advance evidence-based practices.

• Build strong relationships with patients and team members, fostering a supportive and professional environment.

• Communicate clearly and professionally, adhering to ethical and organizational standards.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
