At least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning within precision machining or metal processing environment.

Strong knowledge of CNC, EDM, Grinding, and other precision machining processes.

Experienced with ERP systems (e.g., Monitoring ERP, or similar).

Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with multiple teams.

Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and commitment to on-time delivery.

Experience in high-mix, low-volume production environment (semiconductor tooling preferred).

Familiar with ISO and cleanroom manufacturing environments.

Able to interpret engineering drawings and production routings.

Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders, priorities, and capacity.

Balance workloads across CNC, EDM, Grinding, Milling, Turning, Tool making, QC and Assembly departments.

Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively adjust schedules to maintain delivery commitments.

Understand each metal processing machines capability, accuracy, and cycle time.

Assign jobs according to the most suitable machine and process route.

Work closely with Production and Engineering to optimize setups and minimize downtime.

Evaluate each operators skill level and assign tasks accordingly.

Monitor productivity and recommend training or reallocation when needed.

Support shift and overtime planning to meet urgent delivery needs.

Create, update, and monitor work orders in the ERP system.

Track real-time job status, material availability, and machine utilization.

Generate reports for management on planning accuracy, lead time, and output.

Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality to align job priorities.

Ensure clear communication of changes, delays, or special requirements.

Participate in daily production meetings and continuous improvement projects.

Identify opportunities to shorten lead times and improve resource efficiency.

Support process standardization and best practice implementation across planning.
