SPM, Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business Management or any related field

Min 2-3 years in freight forwarding industry

Proficient in written & spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Resourcefulness in solving problems

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Able to get along well with others in a team setting

Possess own transport

Maintain relationship with existing overseas agents & build relationship with new overseas agents

Attend to overseas agents enquiries (Seafreight and Airfreight, import and export), prepare quotations, and follow up till shipments are secured

Procuring costs from various outsource vendors: shipping lines, airlines, haulier/truckers, warehouse, overseas agents and etc
