Diploma or Degree in any field or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Computer literate

Knowledge of ERP systems

Calculate and purchase special items for secondary processes

Handle and resolve outsourced process activities (e.g. spray process)

Issue BMR and closely monitor BMR closure; liaise with Assembly and SP on progress

Monitor subcontract parts supply, issue non-billing, and follow up on outstanding PO status

Perform weekly PO updates

Update customer portals

Prepare and send monthly inventory report

Send weekly outstanding PO report to customer

Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
