• SPM or above

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Mandarin speaking is required & Basic English communication is an advantage

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn

• Experience in Admin / Finance / Operations is a plus

• Support daily finance and transaction-related operations

• Prepare reports, payment summaries, and operational records
  整理付款报表、交易记录及数据资料

• Perform data entry and verify transaction accuracy
  进行数据输入与交易核对，确保资料准确

• Maintain organized documentation and internal records
  整理及维护相关文件与资料

• Follow SOP and support operational process improvements
  配合内部 SOP 与工作流程优化

• Coordinate with internal teams for daily operations and system updates
  与内部团队配合处理日常运营事务
