• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, advertising, media, account management or business development.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

1. Build Client Relationships

·       Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.

·       Understand clients’ businesses, challenges and marketing objectives.

·       Conduct meetings, presentations and campaign reviews.

·       Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and strengthen partnerships.

2. Drive Business Growth

·       Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and prospecting.

·       Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and media recommendations.

·       Work with prospects and clients to develop tailored marketing solutions.

·       Contribute towards achieving company revenue and growth targets.

3. Deliver Successful Campaigns

·       Coordinate campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.

·       Work closely with media owners, vendors and internal teams.

·       Monitor campaign timelines, budgets and deliverables.

·       Provide post-campaign reporting, analysis and recommendations.

4. Champion Media Solutions

·       Recommend Outdoor Advertising and integrated media solutions.

·       Conduct site visits and stay informed about media opportunities and industry trends.

·       Evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities.

5. Operational Excellence

·       Maintain CRM records, campaign documentation and costing summaries.

·       Coordinate media bookings, quotations and vendor communications.

·       Support management with planning, reporting and process improvements.
