Job Description

We are expanding our front-of-house team across multiple restaurant outlets (Klang Valley, Melaka, Johor, Genting Highlands) and are looking for passionate, responsible and service-oriented individuals to join us.

Job Requirements 

• SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

• Previous experience in F&B, restaurant service, kitchen operations, or customer service is an advantage.

• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Maintain good personal hygiene and follow food safety practices.

• Able to stand or walk for extended periods and handle physical tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend suitable dishes.

• Take and process customer orders accurately.

• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.

• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Prepare and set up dining tables before service and clear tables after use.

• Process customer payments accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations.

• Assist with outlet opening, closing, stock replenishment, and daily operations.

• Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.

• Follow company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
