Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical, engineering, fabrication, installation, or maintenance works

Experience in site supervision and team management

Able to read basic technical drawings

Hands-on experience in welding, fabrication, installation, and repair works

Familiar with industrial projects and site environments

Basic knowledge of PTW, PPE, and site safety requirements

Good leadership and problem-solving skills

Possess a valid Malaysian Driving Licence

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities

Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and safety requirements

Lead and manage technicians and workers on-site

Liaise with clients on project progress and site requirements

Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety compliance

Assist with mechanical installation, repair, and troubleshooting when required

Monitor site progress and prepare basic reports and documentation

Coordinate materials, equipment, permits, and scheduling with the office team
