Customer service or retail experience (pawn shop experience is a plus)

Fresh graduate is welcome to apply

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Good teamworking and communication skills

Understanding concept of valuation of goods

Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible

Provide exceptional customer service

Able to evaluate and appraise goods

Able to address customer inquiries effectively

Evaluate and appraise items for pawning, selling, or buying

Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment policies

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Organize and manage pawned items and merchandise

Resolve customer concerns and disputes

Promote additional services and sales

Maintain shop cleanliness and security
