- 负责分行的日常运营管理，确保各项业务顺利开展。
- 制定并执行分行销售目标，带领团队完成业绩指标。
- 管理和培训分行员工，提升团队整体素质和工作效率。
- 维护客户关系，处理客户投诉，提升客户满意度。
- 监督分行库存管理和商品陈列，确保商品陈列符合公司标准。
- 执行公司各项规章制度，确保分行合规运营。
- 分析分行经营数据，提出改进建议并落实。
