Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Business, Marketing, or any related field

Candidates with or without logistics / freight forwarding experience are welcome to apply

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided

Knowledge of air freight and sea freight services is an advantage

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Possess own transport

Mandarin speaker preferred

Identify and develop new customers for air and sea freight services

Promote freight forwarding and logistics solutions to potential clients

Develop new business opportunities and expand into new market trade lanes

Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets

Follow up on customer inquiries and shipment requirements

Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Prepare sales reports and updates for management
