Role Overview
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Production Planning & Control (PPC) Department by processing sales orders, generating manufacturing orders, maintaining BOM and drawing records, coordinating material requirements, and ensuring production information is accurately updated in the system to support smooth manufacturing operations.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in manufacturing administration, production planning support, or related functions.
Experience in furniture manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates or school leavers with good administrative skills may be considered.
Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Good data entry and record management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
Review Sales Orders (SO) and verify order information before processing.
Generate Manufacturing Orders (MO) for new customer orders based on approved sales orders and planning instructions.
Update and maintain production planning records and ensure completed planning schedules are properly closed in the system.
Prepare and submit Manufacturing Orders (MO) and material requirement information to the Purchasing Department for procurement processing.
Assist in checking material usage requirements for new product introductions, new drawings, and new Proforma Invoices (PI).
Update material information and specifications in the system for revised drawings and approved engineering changes.
Coordinate and follow up with the Research & Development (R&D) Department regarding new drawings, revised drawings, and product changes.
Prepare weekly pack-out schedules and distribute them through Microsoft Teams and other designated communication channels.
Create, update, and revise Bill of Materials (BOM) structures in the system according to approved product specifications.
Update BOM information in the ERP system and ensure accuracy of product structures and material requirements.
Ensure consistency between Manufacturing Orders, BOMs, drawings, and system records.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of production planning records, drawings, BOMs, and related documents.
Assist in monitoring material availability and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
Prepare routine reports, schedules, and production-related documentation as requested.
Liaise with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, Sales, and R&D Departments to ensure timely information flow.
Perform data entry and system updates related to production planning activities.
