Full Time Customer Service Advisor - Ar-rahnu Express Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in Habib Jewels Sdn Bhd Ampang - Ricebowl

Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply).

At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, banking, FMCG, or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome).

Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.

Basic computer skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Explain products and assist with customer inquiries

Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly

Ensure documents are complete and follow company procedures

Promote products and achieve sales targets

Support daily branch operations and maintain a clean environment

To be involved and participate in Marketing activities and other promotional activities by both Ar-Rahnu Express and HABIB Group, including promoting and creating awareness about the business to the public.

Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time-to-time.
