Diploma in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field.

Strong interest in semiconductor technology, automation, and engineering solutions.

Hands-on experience in laboratory environments is preferred.

Basic knowledge of semiconductor processes and automation systems is an added advantage.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficient in Mandarin and English to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates and stakeholders.

Fresh graduates with relevant engineering background are encouraged to apply.

Support process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and product performance.

Assist in developing and improving new processes for semiconductor applications.

Conduct product evaluation, testing, and analysis for customer samples.

Perform laboratory testing and analysis of electronic components.

Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth system integration.

Support customer technical evaluations and provide engineering solutions.

Ensure product reliability through proper testing and improvement activities.
