• Candidates must posses at least Diploma.

• Proven experience editing short-form vertical videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

• Strong sense of Gen-Z visual style: fast pacing, clean cuts, meme timing, BGM vibes matching. Engaging captions is a bonus.

• Familiar with street interview content, mini vlogs, lifestyle or social media videos.

• Proficient in editing tools such as Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut / JianYing.

• Good understanding of hooks, retention, and storytelling in short videos.

• Able to work with raw footage, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and basic motion text.

• Detail-oriented, responsible (won't go MIA), and able to meet deadlines.

• Open to feedback and willing to iterate edits quickly.

• Experience with English / Mandarin subtitles is a plus.

• Edit street interview videos into engaging, high-retention short-form content.

• Edit mini vlogs in IG-style vertical format (9:16).

• Add subtitles, sound effects, background music, emojis, and text overlays when needed.

• Ensure videos match our brand tone, Gen-Z aesthetics, and platform trends.

• Work closely with the content team to refine pacing, hooks, and storytelling.

• Deliver multiple versions or revisions based on feedback.

• Organise project files and follow basic editing SOPs.

• Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and viral formats.
