Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Prepare beverages, ice cream, and other menu items according to company SOPs.

Operate the POS system and process customer payments accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, equipment, and workstations.

Replenish ingredients, packaging, and other supplies when required.

Ensure food safety and quality standards are followed at all times.

Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Manager.
