• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience will have an added advantage.

• Mandarin proficiency is required for communication with clients and internal teams.

Job Description

• Create engaging visual content for both digital and print marketing materials.

• Develop creative designs that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality promotional and advertising materials.

• Provide creative artwork and content for social media platforms (images, edited photos, videos, short-form info-graphics, and etc.).

• Conceptualize and design artwork including leaflets, brochures, posters, banners, logos, and other sales materials for online & offline marketing usage.

• Brainstorm media strategies to create brand awareness and visualize a full advertising campaign from the conceptualizing phase until the final touch of artwork.

• Contribute ideas and execute visual identity, branding, set design, videos, and illustrations through collaboration with the marketing team.

• Conduct research and explore new ways from time to time to formulate creative ideas or content for marketing campaigns/goals.

• Liaise and coordinate with print vendors, agencies, and other external production resources for all marketing activities to ensure materials are finalized with optimal output.

• Drive and implement the creative process from concept to completion and provide problem-solving solutions.

• Assist in photoshoots and videography for company functions.

• Contribute effectively to the marketing team and provide administrative support as needed.

• Perform any other duties as instructed by the immediate superior or any other person/persons assigned by the Management.
