• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experiences in HR operations (e.g., recruitment & payroll processing)
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Meticulous and have attention to details and ability to handle confidential information.
• Able to take initiative and proactive at work, independent and problem-solving.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Good in communication skill and able to maintain good relationship with all levels of people.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

岗位职责
Performance Management
• Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices, coaching managers on how to provide constructive feedback and support employee development.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance against established goals and objectives, identifying areas for improvement and recognition.
• Facilitate performance improvement plans and interventions as needed to address performance issues and support employee growth and development.
Talent Management
• Identify talent needs within the organization and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Partner with department heads to create career development plans and succession planning strategies for key positions.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and advancement within the organization.
Employee Relations
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, working closely with management and legal counsel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels to facilitate open and transparent communication between employees and management.
HR Policy Support
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR Policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee handbooks and ensure that HR policies are communicated effectively to all employees.
Benefits Administration Support
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve employee issues and ensure timely processing of benefits-related transactions.
• Planning of company events or engagement activities on occasions by management’s approval.
Compliance Monitoring
• Support HR compliance efforts by monitoring changes in employment laws and regulations.
• Assist in conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks/ HR projects assigned by the Management from time to time.
