We are looking for a proactive and organised Operation Assistant to support daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills and able to work independently.
Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred (for internal communication).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
岗位职责
Assist in day-to-day operational tasks and coordination between departments.
Prepare reports, documents, and handle administrative follow-ups.
Support event coordination, logistics arrangement, and stock handling if required.
Ensure SOPs are followed and maintain proper documentation.
Handle inquiries, scheduling, and task tracking to ensure timely completion.
