• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or basic data handling is a plus.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role may involve coordination with Mandarin-speaking team members.

You’ll work closely with the E-Commerce and Live Operations team to support day-to-day activities, gain practical skills, and contribute ideas to improve performance and engagement across platforms like TikTok and Shopee.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data & Performance Support

• Assist in entering and managing marketing and sales data accurately.

• Help track performance reports and highlight key trends.

• Support analysis to improve campaign and sales outcomes.

2. Content & Live Operations

• Assist in scheduling and organizing live hosting sessions.

• Support content creation and management for platforms like TikTokandShopee.

• Contribute creative ideas to boost online engagement and sales.

3. Workspace & Operational Support

• Help with office and live room setup, ensuring equipment and tools are well-maintained.

• Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

4. Team Coordination

• Assist in monitoring team activities such as attendance and live schedules.

• Help motivate and coordinate with hosts and team members.

5. Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate with internal teams and HQ regarding daily operations, feedback, or requirements.

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with company goals.
