Language Skills: Basic trilingual proficiency (English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia) is required to communicate effectively within the market.

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard office applications.

Customer Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our platform and aggressively expand our customer base.

Lead Conversion: Identify customer needs, confidently handle objections, and successfully convert cold or warm leads into active, depositing clients.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily/monthly acquisition targets and KPIs set by the management.

Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.

Market Feedback: Gather insights from client calls to continuously refine and optimize your sales pitch.
