Candidate shall possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey/ Landscape Architecture or Equivalent working knowledge.

Preferably with working experience in construction especially landscape industry.

Candidate shall be Honest, independent, Self-Disciplined and Resourceful.

Ability to communicate in multi-lingual is an advantage.

Assist in tender pricing, cost estimation, sourcing of materials/ suppliers/ subcons, and attend to all other matters related in tender process including interviews.

Procurement and administration of project items/ materials/ sub-work contracts.

Budget control and cost monitoring for ongoing projects.

Assist in preparation of progress report, claim submission & site valuation, as-built drawing, follow up certificate and payment.
