• A minimum degree qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Sciences, Physics, Environmental Science, or a related field).
• Knowledge of water treatment systems is an advantage.

• Familiarity with CAD software for technical drawings is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to conduct site visits and inspections.

• Able to work at Balakong, Cheras.

·       Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and project specifications.

·       Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, brochures, product catalogues, and other product-related graphics.

·       Assist and support the sales team with secured projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

·       Supervise, coordinate, test, and commission installed water treatment systems.

·       Assist and provide technical support to existing and new clients regarding inquiries or technical matters.

·       Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure proper installation and functionality of systems.

·       Work closely with the engineering and sales teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.

·       Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to water treatment.

·       Maintain accurate records of projects and client interactions using Microsoft Office tools.
