Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury watch, jewelry or fashion industry
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience in leading, motivating and developing retail teams

Problem Solving: Good at staying calm and finding solutions when things go wrong—whether it’s a customer issue or an operational hiccup
Visual Merchandising: Knowledge of visual standards, product presentation and brand alignment in store
Inventory & Operations: Familiarity with inventory control, loss prevention and daily store operations

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary.
岗位职责
1. Sales & Business Development
Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Support customer growth by improving how we use our CRM and connect with prospects
Maintain deep knowledge of brands, product knowledge, pricing, features, and trends
2. Customer Experience
Ensure the delivery of a premium and personalized customer experience at all times
Resolve customer issues professionally and in align with company standards
Grow a loyal customer base by focusing on connection and great service
Maintain cleanliness and order in the gallery
3. Operations & Compliance
Oversee all store operations including inventory control, cash handling, stock management and visual merchandising
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain store appearance and uphold brand presentation standards
4. Attendance and punctuality
Planning a scheduled duty roster to all staff
Manpower planning to make sure store operations runs smooth
Following the scheduled duty roster
Maintain a good attendance history
5. Apply visual merchandising procedures and routines according to the guidelines by HQ
Follow up on campaigns and sales/marketing activities
Maintaining visual routines (e.g. guidelines, visual signage, price signs, etc.)
Look after and maintain display and matching materials
Update and maintain all visual merchandising information materials in gallery
6. Achieve sales target set
Discuss on a daily sales target based on monthly allocated target
Communicate the daily target in the daily morning briefings
Communicate with HQ on sales environment, achievement and non-achievement on a daily basis
Keep update with competitor’s activity
7. Ensure safety, security and administration procedures (SOPs) are followed
Ensure CCTV is in working and recording conditions
Ensure alarm system is working properly
Ensure all keys in the boutique are kept properly and the quantity is correct at all times
Ensure safebox is closed and locked at all times
8. Perform other related duties as required
