Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Experience in appointment scheduling and meeting coordination is an added advantage.
Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
岗位职责
Handle general administrative and clerical duties, including maintaining proper records and documentation.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general enquiries professionally.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain company calendars.
Liase with clients.
Prepare, organize, and file documents and reports.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and supporting daily office operations.
Provide administrative support to the management team and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
