Candidates must possess at least SPM level and above.

Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (candidates fluent in Chinese will be additional point as it requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers).

Possess good computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office;vOutlook, Words, Excel etc.

Solid knowledge of SQL Accounting Software will be advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply.

Candidate who can start immediately will be advantage.

Maintain an updated supplier database.

To update procurement data in the SQL system accordingly.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with approved Material Request Forms (MRF).

Source quotations from suppliers and compare prices, quality, delivery time and payment terms.

Ensure purchased materials are accurate with specifications and quality requirements.

Assist in negotiating with suppliers.

Monitor supplier performance in terms of delivery schedule, quality of products and responsiveness.

Monitor stock levels of raw materials etc.

Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Project teams regarding material requirements.

Assist in planning purchases to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.

Maintain accurate purchasing records, quotations, invoices, delivery orders etc.

Ensure all procurement documents are properly filed and updated.

Maintain confidentiality of supplier pricing and commercial information.

Any adhoc tasks provided by HOD.
