任职资格
- Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent
- Registered with DOSH (Yellow Book)
- 1–2 years construction safety experience
- Knowledge of site safety practices and regulations
- Independent, proactive, and good communication skills
岗位职责
- Conduct and attend site inspections, audits, and HIRARC for installation works (cutting, welding, grinding, lifting)
- Ensure compliance with DOSH/JKKP, main contractor requirements, and permit-to-work (hot work, work at height)
- Monitor PPE usage and enforce safe work practices among workers
- Conduct toolbox talks and task briefings; attend main contractor safety meetings and inspections
- Identify hazards (sharp edges, hot work, material handling) and take corrective actions
- Report and assist in investigation of incidents and implement preventive measures
- Maintain and submit safety records, permits, and reports
- Liaise with main contractor and other trades to ensure safe coordination.
