Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years' experience in sales administration, event coordination, or retail support.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good reporting skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
Able to work independently, under pressure, and travel/work on weekends or public holidays when required
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Prepare sales reports, monthly analysis, and daily sales updates.
Coordinate roadshows, home fairs, and special events, including logistics and event materials.
Update sales data, calculate commissions, and monitor stock reconciliation.
Process quotations, payment vouchers, petty cash, and procurement-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and event organizers to ensure smooth event operations.
