Requirements

  • Good communication skills

  • Friendly and confident on the phone

  • Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders

  • Basic product knowledge (training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Make phone calls to potential customers

  • Introduce and explain Delux products and promotions

  • Set appointments for the sales team

  • Follow up with interested customers

  • Keep records of calls and customer details
