  • Minimum 2 years of front-of-house (FOH) experience

  • Leadership and team management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations

  • Lead and support the service team to ensure excellent customer experience

  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

  • Monitor staff performance and maintain service standards

  • Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained
