Min possess PMR or above qualification

Able to speak and understand in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin

Knowledge of electrical products is a plus

Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.

Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations.

Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store environment.

Support inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.

Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals.
