Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the daily route plan and schedule.
• Ensure all company products are properly displayed, organized, and maintained according to the company's merchandising standards and planograms.
• Replenish product stock on shelves to maintain product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock or replenishment requirements to the Sales Team.
• Ensure all price tags, shelf labels, promotional materials, and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) are correctly displayed.
• Check product expiry dates and remove or report damaged, expired, or near-expiry products.
• Build and maintain good relationships with outlet managers and store personnel.
• Execute promotional activities, product launches, and in-store marketing campaigns.
• Monitor competitors' product displays, pricing, and promotional activities, and report findings to the supervisor.
• Capture photos of product displays and submit merchandising reports on a timely basis.
• Ensure merchandising standards, product visibility, and shelf share meet company requirements.
• Resolve merchandising issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of product displays at all assigned outlets.
• Achieve daily outlet coverage and merchandising KPIs as assigned by the company.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
