Project Sales

• Build relationships with interior designers, architects, and developers.

• Identify and follow up on new project opportunities.

• Prepare quotations and proposals with team support.

• Manage project leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Provide after-sales support and maintain client relationships.

Wholesale Sales

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.

• Identify and reach out to new business opportunities.

• Follow up on orders and customer requests promptly.

• Assist in exhibitions and promotional events.

• Provide good product knowledge and after-sales service.

Indoor Sales & Online

• Handle walk-in customers and online inquiries (WhatsApp, social media, website).

• Provide product advice, prepare quotes, and follow up on leads.

• Convert inquiries into orders and manage customer purchases.

• Assist with product listings and online promotions.

• Handle after-sales service and maintain good customer rapport.
