Possess at least bachelor’s degree in engineering / quantity surveyor or equivalent.

At least 5 years of working experience in related field.

Developing a comprehensive project plan, including defining project scope, objectives and timelines.

Allocating resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and labour, to ensure efficient project execution.

Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as developing contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances.

Monitoring project expenditures to ensure they remain within budgetary constraints and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.

Creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time to meet project deadlines.

Facilitating communication among each party, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals and objectives.

Implementing quality control measures to ensure that work meets specified standards and adheres to relevant regulations and codes.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment for all project participants.

Addressing issues and resolving conflicts that arise during the course of the project, utilizing problem-solving skills to keep the project on track.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.

Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, variation orders, and other relevant records.
