Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.

At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in import/export documentation.

Hands-on experience preparing K3, BL, SI, and other shipping documents.

Strong knowledge of HS Code classification.

Experience applying import and export permits for frozen food and chilled food products.

Familiar with Malaysian Customs procedures and relevant government agencies.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Experience dealing with freight forwarders and shipping lines.

Knowledge of customs clearance procedures.

Familiarity with food import/export regulations and compliance requirements.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet tight deadlines.

Prepare and verify shipping documents including:

• Bill of Lading (BL)

• Shipping Instruction (SI)

• K3 Form and other customs-related documentation

• Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and other export/import documents

Classify products under the correct HS Code and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

Apply for import and export permits for frozen food and chilled food products with the relevant authorities.

Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, government agencies, and customers regarding shipment documentation and permit approvals.

Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timeline.

Keep up to date with changes in customs regulations, HS codes, and import/export requirements.

Maintain proper filing and documentation records.

Assist with other logistics and shipping-related duties as assigned.
