About the role

We are having a Internship for a OperationsExecutive to assist the company in managing key accounts.

As a Delivery Operations Executive at UParcel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of parcels across Singapore. In this internship position, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day delivery processes, driving continuous improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Working Hours: 5 days work week. Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm

What you'll be doing

• Learn to assign deliveries to drivers in the system via direct calling

• Manage and coordinate the delivery drivers, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of parcels to customers

• Assist in account handling of selected key customers

• Monitor delivery performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimise operational efficiency

• Implement and oversee delivery route planning and scheduling to maximise productivity and reduce costs

• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall delivery experience

• Assist manager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department
