Able to work independently and follow up on issues until resolution

岗位职责
Customer Inquiry Handling
Respond to customer inquiries via Shopee,TikTok Shop, Website, Whatsapp, Social Media, email or other communication channels in timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, delivery status, promotions, and company policies.
Assist customer with general inquiries, product recommendations and purchase-related concerns.
Order & After Sales Support
Handle order-related issues such as missing items, wrong items, parcel delay, damaged items, refund or exchange request and delivery concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams such as warehouse, packing and operations to resolve customer issues effectively.
Follow up on unresolved cases and ensure customers are updated accordingly.
Complaint Resolution
Manage customer complaints professionally and escalate complex or serious cases to the relevan person in charge when necessary.
Ensure all complain disputes and service issues are handled in accordance with company SOP and service standarts.
Maintain a calm, professional and solution oriented approach when dealing with customer dissatisfaction.
Platform & Communication Management
Monitor and manage incoming chats, message,comment and inquiries across relevan sales platforms and communication channel.
Ensure response time and service quality are maintained to company expectation and platform performance requirements.
