岗位职责
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Sales to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, and maintaining excellent relationships with our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer orders across departments to ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Follow up on sales order fulfilment and update customers on order status and progress.
- Prepare, review, and manage quotations and related documentation.
- Liaise with existing and potential customers to strengthen business relationships.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with key customers.
