• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Related Field

• 2–5 years of working experiencein QS, preferably ininterior design, renovation, or retail fit-out projects

• Familiar with tendering, cost estimation, and contract administration

• Strong understanding of materials, construction methods & market pricing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS-related documentation

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines

Pre-Contract Stage

• Prepare the cost estimates, budgeting, and feasibility studies for each projects

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) and tender documentation

• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

• Support tender analysis and recommendations.

Post-Contract Stage

• Monitor and control project costs and cash flow

• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts

• Verify subcontractor claims and work done on-site

• Track project expenses against approved budget

Project Coordination

• Work closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Finance team

• Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting

• Resolving cost-related issues during project execution

• Maintain accurate records of all contractual and financial matters
