Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related fields.

• 1 year experience in production planning, scheduling, site management, or process technology in a manufacturing environment; experience in the special alloys or casting industry is advantage

• Working Location:
  Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang, Johor.

  Temporary Office Location (Until Operations Commence):
  03-28, Jalan Permas 15/1, Bandar Baru Permas Jaya, 81750 Masai, Johor, Malaysia.

Job Scope

• Develop and implement weekly and daily production schedules based on the master production plan.

• Coordinate and monitor production activities across all branch plants to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.

• Track production progress, resolve operational issues, and optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.

• Collect, analyze, and report production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support management decision-making.

• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient production and delivery.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives, production planning optimization, and the development of production procedures.

• Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with operational standards and company procedures.

• Supervise daily production scheduling and provide on-site coordination to ensure production targets are achieved.
