We're looking for someone who:

• Loves food, drinks, and talking about food and drinks.

• Gets excited when a new product sells out.

• Understands costing, margins, and why profit is not a dirty word.

• Has experience in F&B operations, product development, cafés, restaurants, or beverage businesses.

• Is creative enough to invent new products, but practical enough to make money from them.

• Can look at a menu and immediately spot what should stay, improve, or disappear.

• Thinks "Let's try this"more often than"Let's not."

• Has a healthy obsession with making customers come back for a second order.

• Judge cafés by their drinks.

• Secretly analyse menus when dining out.

• Celebrate sales reports like football fans celebrate goals.

• Think about new menu ideas even during your day off.

You will:

• Create new food and beverage products that customers will love.

• Improve existing menu items until they are tastier, prettier, and more profitable.

• Decide which products deserve a spotlight and which should retire peacefully.

• Calculate food and beverage costing without crying over ingredient prices.

• Constantly ask yourself, "How can we sell more today?"

• Think of promotions, combo sets, and marketing ideas that make customers say, "Why not add one more drink?"

• Develop SOPs so every cup tastes like it was made by the same perfectionist.

• Keep an eye on competitors and think, "Nice idea... but ours can be better."

• Work with the operations team to turn brilliant ideas into best-selling products.

• Be the person who treats sales growth like a personal mission.
