Candidate must be responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to communicate well with customers and internal team
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and system data entry
Able to handle customer enquiries politely and professionally
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Willing to learn product knowledge and company sales process
Good attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to support salesperson
Experience in sales admin, customer service, order processing, or documentation will be an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay will be an advantage
岗位职责
Reply to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone call, email, and social media
Assist salesperson to prepare and issue Sales Order, quotation, invoice, and related documents
Key in customer orders and ensure all order details are accurate
Maintain proper filing and documentation for sales records
Update customer information, product details, and sales documents in the system
Assist in showroom customer enquiries when required
Support daily sales operation and administrative tasks
