- 达成或超越销售目标和配额。
- 与销售团队和管理层保持良好沟通，及时汇报销售进展。
- 熟悉公司产品和服务，并能根据客户需求提供个性化推荐。
- 具备良好的电话沟通技巧和说服能力，能够有效引导客户做出购买决定。
- 有1-2年电话销售或相关销售经验者优先。
- 能够熟练使用基本的办公软件和CRM系统。
Responsibilities
- 通过电话向潜在客户推销产品或服务，达成销售目标。
- 识别客户需求，提供专业的解决方案和产品信息。
- 建立和维护客户关系，处理客户咨询和投诉。
