Position: Talent Specialist (Recruiter)

About the Role

At Bartech Beautee, content performance is not just about editing or scripting — it starts with who is on camera. We are building a structured TikTok content system, and we’re looking for a Talent Specialist to own how we source, evaluate, and select faces that represent the brand.

This role is hands-on and execution-driven. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right people appear in our content — consistently.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years experience in content, creator management, or related roles
• Able to quickly tell if someone is “camera-ready”
• Familiar with TikTok content formats (UGC, POV, hooks, relatability)
• Hands-on and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment

This role focuses on casting and managing talents for Bartech Beautee’s own content.

What You’ll Do

• Source potential talents from TikTok, Instagram, affiliates, and referrals
• Evaluate creators based on: Speaking ability, Camera presence, Relatability and conversion potential
• Run simple test shoots using provided scripts to assess performance
• Build and maintain a pool of reliable, high-performing talents
• Coordinate with the content team for shoot scheduling and execution
• Track which faces perform well and continuously improve talent quality
• Ensure consistency of faces across Bartech Beautee’s internal accounts
