• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, industrial automation, motor control, power quality, or related industries.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, MCC panels, power distribution systems, or industrial automation.
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, responsible, and willing to work on-site.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and team members.
• Willing to travel for site work and project assignments.
• Possess a valid driving license.

• Support project execution from order confirmation, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Assist Sales Engineers in site assessments, technical support, and project implementation.
• Perform installation, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Power Quality systems, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), motors, and related electrical equipment.
• Attend customer sites to provide technical support, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions when required.
• Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, and project documentation accurately and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to safety standards, technical requirements, and company procedures.
• Identify technical issues and recommend solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service inventory in good working condition.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in line with the company’s vision of sustainable engineering solutions.
• Build long-term customer confidence through service and technical excellence.
